Introduction
These Terms govern the use of artellsmedia.com (the "Website") and the purchase of our services. By using the Website or ordering services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Services
Artells Media provides: free and paid publication of creative works in print and digital magazines (Marika, Artells, Artego, Figgi, Quadro, Top Posters); paid placements (covers, interviews, Instagram posts and stories, webitorials); tear sheets; the "Level Up" accelerator (online course); portfolio reviews; and visa-support publication packages. Digital services are delivered electronically within 45 days of payment unless a different timeframe is stated on the service page.
Free Submissions
Free submission does not guarantee publication. Editors select works at their sole discretion. No compensation is due for published free submissions. The Image Usage Rights Agreement accepted at submission applies.
Paid Services and Guarantees
Paid options guarantee placement only after your application is reviewed and accepted. If a paid application is rejected, you receive a full refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in USD ($). Card payments are processed in Serbian dinars (RSD) at the processing bank's exchange rate; PayPal payments are processed in USD. Minor differences due to currency conversion may appear on your statement. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard and PayPal.
EU/EEA Consumers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Articles 27–37 of the Serbian Law on Consumer Protection; Directive 2011/83/EU for EU/EEA and UK consumers). The withdrawal form is available on request and may be replaced by any unequivocal statement of withdrawal. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment. Exception: by ordering digital services (publication, portfolio review, course access) you may expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed (for example, the issue has been published, the review delivered, or course access provided) the right of withdrawal is lost (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16). Complaints (Reklamacija)
Consumers may file a complaint about non-conformity of services at team@artellsgroup.com or by post to the address above. We confirm receipt without delay and respond within 8 days as required by the Serbian Law on Consumer Protection; statutory conformity periods apply. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights in your country of residence.
Refunds
Refunds are made exclusively to the original payment method. Card refunds are executed by the bank at our request; PayPal refunds via PayPal.
User Obligations
You confirm you are 18+ and that all information and content you provide is accurate, lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. You must hold all rights and releases described in the Image Usage Rights Agreement.
Intellectual Property
The Website content (design, text, graphics, logos) belongs to Artells Media or its licensors. Submitting works grants us the non-exclusive licence described in the Image Usage Rights Agreement; ownership of your works remains with you.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including consumer rights and liability for intent or gross negligence).
Prohibited Content
We do not accept content that is unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, or infringes third-party rights; and we do not sell goods in categories prohibited by law or card-scheme rules (including radioactive, toxic or explosive materials, protected species, human or animal organs, narcotics, medical drugs).
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Belgrade, Serbia, except that consumers in the EU/EEA, UK, USA or Russia retain any mandatory protections and forum rights of their home jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Changes
We may amend these Terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
