Publisher: MARINA ABRAMOVA PR IZDAVANJE CASOPISA I PERIODICNIH IZDANJA MARIKA ART SHOW BEOGRAD, Koste Glavinica 10a, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (PIB: SR 113470552, MB: 66848167) — the "Publisher". By ticking the consent box and submitting works, the submitter (the "Author") enters into this Agreement.
Ownership. The Author confirms they are the sole and exclusive owner of all copyright and related rights in the photographs, videos and texts submitted (the "Content"), or duly authorised in writing by the owner to grant the rights below.
Licence. The Author grants the Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, crop, retouch and otherwise edit the Content in Artells Magazine (print and digital), on the Publisher's and the magazines' websites, social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok), submission platforms, and in advertising, promotional and commercial materials of the Publisher, including materials that generate revenue, with the right to sublicense to the Publisher's production and distribution partners for these purposes.
Releases. The Author confirms that every identifiable person depicted in the Content (or their parent/guardian for minors, or their agent) has given valid consent (model release) covering publication and promotional use described above, without territorial or time limits, and that the photographer's consent has been obtained where required.
Moral rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Author agrees that the Content may be published with or without attribution and consents to the editing described above. Team credits provided by the Author will normally be published as submitted.
Indemnity. The Author will indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher against all claims, damages, costs and expenses arising from a breach of the Author's warranties in this Agreement, including third-party copyright, image-rights and privacy claims.
No guarantee; no fee. Publication of free submissions is not guaranteed. No royalty or fee is payable to the Author for uses under this Agreement. The Publisher does not provide free print or digital copies; tear sheets are provided within one month after the issue is released.
Personal data. Personal data provided with the submission is processed under the Publisher's Privacy Policy: artellsmedia.com/privacypolicy.
Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Mandatory consumer and authors'-rights protections of the Author's home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
