Artells Media

Community Guidelines

Version 2 · effective September 24, 2026

Artells Media is a platform for professional visual creators. To keep it a place where serious work and real collaboration can happen, everyone agrees to a few simple rules.

What belongs here

  • Your own original photography, art and design — work you hold the copyright to.
  • Series and single images made for an editorial, fashion, portrait, fine-art or documentary context.
  • Honest credits: name every collaborator (model, stylist, makeup, retoucher) accurately.
  • Respectful, professional conversation in the Community, comments and direct messages.

What is not allowed

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content. Tasteful artistic nude is welcome in the relevant open calls; pornography is not.
  • Content involving minors in any inappropriate context.
  • Graphic violence, gore, or glorification of violence, terrorism or extremism.
  • Hate speech or discrimination against any person or group.
  • Other people's work presented as your own, stolen images, or work you have no right to publish.
  • Spam, hidden advertising, affiliate links or off-platform solicitation.
  • Doxxing or posting other people's private data without consent.
  • Harassment of any member, in public or in direct messages.

Consent and rights

By submitting, you confirm you own the copyright and hold valid model releases for recognisable people in your images. You keep the rights to your work; publication grants us the right to print and show it with your credit.

Moderation

Uploads are checked before they reach the public wall or the contest. Anything that breaks these rules is held for a human editor and may be declined. Repeated or serious violations can restrict an account.

Report something

If you see content or a message that breaks these rules, use the Report control on the story, comment or conversation, or write to team@artellsmedia.com. Reports are private and reviewed by the editorial team.

Questions

Anything unclear? Reach us any time at team@artellsmedia.com — we would rather answer a question than see good work held up.

Editorial fit and moderation

The magazines publish fashion, art and photography. Uploaded photos and stories pass automated screening (an AI check for the prohibited content listed above and for editorial fit) followed by human editorial review — no removal decision is made by a machine alone. Content built around political or social advocacy campaigns — of any kind, for any cause — is declined as outside the magazines' editorial scope; this rule is applied to all causes equally. If your work was declined and you believe this was a mistake, you can appeal once from your account or write to team@artellsmedia.com.
