How to notify us
Email team@artellsmedia.com with:
- The exact link (URL) of the content;
- Who you are and how to reach you;
- Why the content is unlawful or infringing (for copyright: proof you hold the rights; for image rights: that you are the person shown or their representative);
- A statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith.
What happens next
We acknowledge within 1 business day and act on valid notices within 3 business days: the content is removed or access to it disabled, the uploader is informed with the reason and can object (counter-notice). Repeat infringers lose their accounts. This procedure follows art. 13–14 of the Law of Georgia on Electronic Commerce and art. 16–17 of the EU Digital Services Act.
