Guidelines
- All images must be retouched, edited, and of high quality.
- Please provide the names of all photoshoot participants (as well as social media accounts and email) so we can tag them when posting the images online. Submissions without team credits will not be accepted.
Attention! Please be careful and thoroughly check the provided information before submitting.
By submitting for publication in our magazine, you confirm the following:
- You are the sole owner of all rights, including intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, etc.), to the submitted works.
- You have obtained publication permission from the models or their representatives.
- The models have consent from the photographer, legal representative, or agent for publication.
- You agree to indemnify the publisher for all potential damages, expenses, claims, and other liabilities arising in case of breach of your obligations to protect the intellectual property of third parties.
By allowing our magazine to publish your work, you grant permission to use your work in any of our publications and websites, videos, marketing materials, to create a video from your photos in a neural network, advertising, and any other media or formats used to create and monetize magazine content.
The magazine reserves the right to crop your photos and adjust their size for publication.
Please note:
- Not all materials accepted for consideration will be published.
- Screenshots of your publication will be sent one month after the magazine's release.
- Neither the digital nor the print version of the magazine is provided for free.
IMPORTANT: All participant names and work titles must be provided strictly in English. Our magazine is not responsible for inaccuracies in translation if information is provided in another language, considering its English-language format.
Monthly windows and tries
- Each magazine accepts one series per author per calendar month (PRO membership: two). As a rule; the editors keep the final say in exceptional cases.
- You have up to 3 tries per magazine per month (PRO: 6). A new try opens when the previous submission is declined; only one of your series can be in review at a magazine at any time.
- Beyond your included tries, or after an acceptance in the same month, an extra try costs $10. The fee pays for the editorial review and is not refunded if the series is declined. Paying never buys acceptance: selection stays editorial.
- An accepted series counts toward the month of the issue it is scheduled into. Windows reset on the 1st of every month.
Models under 18 (Teen & Kids)
- Every person under 18 in a series needs a written release signed by a parent or legal guardian, covering both the shoot and the publication. Keep it: the editors may ask for a copy before publication and decline the series without it.
- No nudity, implied nudity, lingerie or swimwear styling, and no sexualized poses, styling or captions for anyone under 18. The Artistic Nude category never includes anyone under 18.
- Team credits for minors list the guardian's contact, not the minor's own social accounts, unless the guardian agrees otherwise.
- When you submit in Teen & Kids, you confirm in the form that you hold a signed release for every minor shown.
AI-generated and AI-assisted work
- AI-generated or AI-assisted images are accepted only in categories meant for them (such as Fine-Art & AI). In every other category, and in the Awards, submissions must be photographs.
- In the description, say which images are AI-generated or AI-assisted and which tools you used. Published AI work is labeled as such.
- You confirm you hold the rights to every source you used (your own photographs, licensed material) and that the tool's terms allow commercial publication.
- When you submit in an AI category, you confirm these points in the form.
