PRO is a paid membership of Artells Media, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Marina Abramova, Varkhani, 7th Street N7, Adigeni Municipality, Georgia (Identification No. 322783653). These terms work together with the Terms & Conditions and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Plans and price
Monthly — $59 per month. Yearly — one payment of $588 (equivalent to $49/mo). The exact amount is shown next to the button before you order. Payment is currently completed by the payment request we email you; membership starts when the payment is confirmed and the end date shows in your account.
2. What PRO includes
Priority review everywhere; 10 Open Feed uploads a week; 10 contest entries per round; 6 tries and 2 accepted series per magazine each month; −10% on paid options; client commission requests switched on; the PRO badge. PRO never buys placements, wins or Artist Score — reputation stays merit-only.
3. Renewal
If you enable auto-renewal (an unticked choice at checkout or in your account), we prepare the next period before the current one ends and remind you by email at least 7 days in advance. Where a saved payment method exists it is charged for the renewal; otherwise we email a payment request. You can switch auto-renewal off at any time in your account — one click, no questions.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals; PRO stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing else changes — your score, badges and publications remain.
5. Refunds
Within the first 14 days: withdrawal with a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the period. After that, a started period is non-refundable — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Price changes
We may change PRO prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
7. Fair use
The membership is personal to your account and cannot be transferred or shared. Abuse (automation, reselling limits) may end the membership with a pro-rata refund of the unused part.
