2. The Service
A portfolio review is a written professional assessment of your submitted portfolio by the editorial team: strengths, weaknesses and practical recommendations. It is delivered to your account and email within 14 days of payment unless a different time is stated at ordering.
3. What It Is — and Is Not
The review is a subjective professional opinion given with care and expertise. It is not a publication decision, not a guarantee of future acceptance, publication, contest results or career outcomes, and not a valuation of your work for any third party.
4. Your Content
You confirm you hold the rights to the portfolio you submit for review. We use it solely to prepare your review; it is not published or reused without a separate agreement.
5. Withdrawal and Refunds
You may cancel free of charge any time before we begin the review; the payment is refunded in full. Once the review has been delivered, the service is fully performed and — with your express consent given at ordering — the withdrawal right for EU/EEA consumers expires. If we fail to deliver within the stated time you may cancel for a full refund.
6. General
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy (artellsmedia.com/legal/privacy-policy). These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
