FARB|LOSIGKEIT – What Do You See?

FARB|LOSIGKEIT is an ongoing photographic art project in which I explore perception, individuality and the questions that arise when we look at an image.

My photographs emerge from different encounters and moments. It is only through the deliberate reduction to black and white that they become independent works within the project. Light, shadow, textures, shapes and atmospheres come to the forefront without prescribing any particular interpretation.

I am interested in what an image can evoke within us. What thoughts arise? Which memories are awakened? What feelings or personal experiences do we associate with what we see?

For me, there is no right or wrong. Everyone brings their own story and their own perspective. As a result, one and the same photograph can mean something entirely different to different people.

FARB|LOSIGKEIT is therefore more than a collection of monochrome photographs. It is an invitation to pause, to look more closely and to engage with one's own perception.
